In this video, we’ll walk you through the steps to reinsert the fabric into the side tracks of your Oasis 2900 patio shade.
If the zipper on your fabric has come out of the side track, start by removing the front cover with a screwdriver or a drill. Depending on your application, the screws will be on the bottom or the side of the head box. Once the screws are removed on both sides, lift the bottom of the front cover up and out, then roll up the shade to its top limit.
Once there, lift the hem bar using your hands and lift above the side tracks. You may need to angle the hem bar to clear the head box. To reinsert, guide the yellow zipper on both sides of the fabric into the track insert. Once both sides are inserted, run the shade down and then up to check if the zipper is properly inserted.
