Due to recent legislation, the Federal Tax Credit program will officially end on Dec. 31, 2025.

To claim your credit, purchase and install qualifying products between January 1 and December 31 of the applicable tax year, keeping your purchase invoice or proof of payment (excluding installation and measuring costs).
Download the applicable Hunter Douglas Manufacturer’s Certificate Statement, or Norman’s Manufacturer Certification Statement, and take it with your invoice to your tax professional when filing. Customer Eligibility:
- Must be a Colorado residential Xcel Energy natural gas and electric customer, or
- Must be a Colorado residential electric customer who primarily heats with electric heat
- Have central air conditioning in their residence
