In this video, we’ll walk you through the steps to change the limits on your Insolroll roller shade.
This process is the same for all Somfy transmitters. To change the upper limit, start by selecting the channel you wish to adjust. Run the shade to its current top limit. And hold the up and down buttons simultaneously on the transmitter. The shade should jog up and down one time, and now you can make your adjustments. The shade should be moving incrementally. Once the shade is in the desired position, hold the MY button and the shade should jog again.
To change the lower limit, the process is the same. Run the shade to its current lower limit. Hold the up and down button simultaneously. Once the shade is in the desired position, hold the MY button.
To change the optional MY position, go to the current my position by quickly pressing the my button. Then hold the my button until the shade jogs. Adjust to the desired position. Hold the MY button again until it jogs. Once your limits are set, check them by running the shade up and down.
