We have re-invented our sales, installation, and repair processes based upon CDC to minimize the spread of COVID-19 and keep you and our employees safe. Our updated processes include masks, hand-washing, and social distancing for any on-site appointments or installations.
Updated Selling Process
We start with a FREE Virtual Design Consultation to understand your project and narrow down the best solutions. This gives us the opportunity to meet with you, see your application and make product recommendations. We can show you samples virtually and provide cost estimates quickly.
Once we have determined a solution, we will set-up an in-home appointment or job-site visit to take measurements, show you product color samples, and finalize the order.
Two ways to purchase:
1. Professional measure & installation. Our employees will wear a mask, our samples disinfected between customers and do our best to keep social distancing.
2. Do-it-yourself. We offer a FREE Virtual Appointment and can provide product and measuring advice. You will measure and install yourself for quick turn around and no direct contact with employees. FREE swatches can be sent to you to confirm your selection. Download Measuring Instructions.
Our Showroom remains CLOSED, but the office is OPEN
Our office is open Monday-Friday 8:00AM and 5:00PM. We have a limited staff working at our office to receive in-coming shipments, accept repair drop-offs, schedule virtual appointments and in-home measures, installations, & repairs. The rest of our sales and support team is working remotely to assist with virtual design consultations, virtual measuring and installation support and any concerns that you may have with existing orders.
We are open to accept curb-side repair drop-offs Monday-Friday 8:00AM and 5:00PM (Closed Saturday & Sunday).
