Innovative Openings has been selected by Hunter Douglas to be part of a national network of Dealer Service Centers to protect the Hunter Douglas Brand nationally by offering a consistent warranty repair process for retailers and consumers.   “The Dealer Service Center program allows Innovative Openings to provide our customers with faster warranty service and introduce other consumers and retailers to our customer friendly way of doing business” according to Rick Pease, co-owner of  Innovative Openings.

Innovative Openings is now a Hunter Douglas Dealer Service Center.  Innovative Openings will perform basic warranty and non-warranty repairs for consumers and retailers at our Louisville Service Center.  Our repair facility has been expanded with 3 automatic test racks and an extensive inventory of Hunter Douglas parts.

Repairs dropped off at our Louisville facility will be  completed within 2-3 days.
